Coupons.com just released an awesome coupon for $2 off any Rimmel Cosmetics Item. If you click on the "Personal Care" tab, it should pop up on the first page, without a zip code. It also says "Available at Walgreens", but it is a Manufacturer coupon so you should have no problem using it anywhere they sell Rimmel.
Target, currently, has Rimmel Extra Lash Mascara on sale for $2.24-2.99 (depending on your store), so if you use this coupon you'll only spend .24 (or up to .99) out of pocket!
