Pinecone Research is one of the survey companies I usually recommend pretty highly. I get surveys from them from once or twice a week to sometimes once or twice a month. I know, that's a bit of a variation but sometimes they are a little slow.
The thing with Pinecone is, you are always guaranteed a $3 reward via PayPal for every survey you complete. It doesn't matter how long it is, what the content of the survey is, or anything. Once you have completed the survey, you will receive an email within the next 48 hours saying that you have been sent $3 by Pinecone (usually takes under 24 hours for me). They are super easy to deal with and very well respected.
