$10/$25 at JCPenney

If you're headed to JCPenney this weekend, you might want to take along this coupon for $10 off your $25 purchase. You can use it on anything in the store, it say NO EXCLUSIONS right at the top.

With that being said, you usually CAN'T use these at Sephora inside JCP or their salons, portrait studios, etc. But they can be used on any JCP purchase, even on sale and clearance items.
