During this you can get Classic scents (older scents no longer carried in stores) for $3 each as well as up to 75% off clearance merchandise. You can also get $10 off your $40 purchase by presenting this coupon to your cashier at checkout. This coupon for a free travel item is also still available during this sale. So you can get a full sized clearance item and still be able to get your free travel item as well.
Some people have said that their stores will allow you to use both coupons at checkout, so that is something you can ask one of the employees about when you get to the store.
